Megan Magee

Megan Magee is a Registered Dietetic Tech and owner of Nourish Nutrition Consulting. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder, in Kinesiology and Sociology, with emphasis on public health and health and medicine. She continued her education with a specialty in Dietetics. Additionally, Megan is certified in Adult Weight Management through the American Dietetic Association and Commission on Dietetic Registration. Megan has been studying and practicing nutrition for more than a decade, with emphasis on diabetes, metabolic syndrome, weight loss, food allergies and auto-immune conditions. As a DTR, Megan is passionate about educating clients about eating for a lifetime of health and wellness. After all, food is thy medicine!

Myriah Shimatsu

Myriah is the original founder of Movement 1st Wellness and formed the company to make an impact in people's lives where they spend most of their time, at work. Myriah is a Colorado native that enjoys every aspect of sports and fitness. Myriah played volleyball at the collegiate level and currently loves challenging herself running half marathons. As an athlete, coach, fitness trainer and business owner, Myriah brings a well-rounded perspective to her wellness programs and courses. Myriah has been a NSCA certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2008 and holds a BS in Adult Exercise. Myriah's training philosophy is to use the body in a functional pattern, focusing on the way that the body was designed to move.
